pak67 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pak67, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players and any other person who interacts with the pak67 platform in any capacity.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use pak67 and should not create an account. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pak67, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of a current employee of pak67 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pak67. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your account, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• A valid email address that you actively use and have access to.
• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• A secure password that you have not used on other platforms.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

pak67 may at any time request supporting identity documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification to verify the information provided at registration. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request within a reasonable timeframe.

If pak67 discovers that any information provided during registration is false, misleading or incomplete, your account may be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud is identified, the balance may be forfeited in full.

4 Deposits & Payments

pak67 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers processed instantly in most cases.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers with near-instant processing.
• Raast — Pakistan's national instant payment system for bank-to-bank transfers.
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers, subject to standard bank processing times.
• Debit and credit cards where supported by your issuing bank.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pak67 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and deposits from third-party payment sources will be returned and the account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. The current limits applicable to your account and preferred method are displayed during the deposit process. pak67 does not apply processing fees to deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own fees independently of pak67.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance after any applicable deductions.
• pak67 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal processing times at pak67 are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes to a few hours during normal operating hours. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days depending on your bank. During periods of high volume or additional security review, processing times may be extended and you will be notified accordingly.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak67 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and event-specific boosts during tournaments such as Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and T20 internationals. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games list and expiry period. These details are stated on the Promotions page for each offer.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using eligible games only. Certain games — typically those with very low house edges such as certain table game variants — may be excluded from or contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. This is stated per-promotion.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, pak67 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus before processing the withdrawal of the original deposit amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• pak67 reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games, slot titles and live dealer tables available on pak67 are provided by third-party game developers and studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Play'n GO. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

pak67 presents these games in good faith as received from the providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the independently certified figures provided by the game developer. pak67 does not alter the underlying mechanics of any game.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's dispute resolution procedure. pak67 will apply the provider's official outcome to your account.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game experiences a critical error that prevents a fair outcome from being determined, the relevant round will be declared void and your stake refunded.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. pak67 is not liable for bets lost due to disconnections on the player's side.

8 Sports Betting Rules

pak67's sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed. You will always be shown the odds applicable to your bet before you confirm placement.
• Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start time of the relevant event. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at pak67's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and are subject to suspension during key moments such as wickets, goals or other significant events.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• For cricket matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for outright match bets to stand, unless the result is determined under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method. Specific over requirements are noted on each market.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and may vary by sport and market type.
• pak67 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, inside information or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak67 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform, games or sportsbook in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using pak67 accounts in connection with money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds in prohibited ways, or any other behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse as determined by pak67.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pak67 staff or other players in any support channel or communication with the platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pak67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected. In cases of suspension pending investigation:

• Access to the account, including deposits, withdrawals and gameplay, will be restricted until the investigation is complete.
• pak67 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the account holder.
• If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.
• If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. Funds may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting pak67 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that appropriate additional steps — including self-exclusion where relevant — can be applied.

11 Privacy & Data

pak67 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support.
• pak67 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and game studios as necessary to provide the services you use on pak67.
• Your data is protected using encryption and appropriate security measures at all stages of processing and storage.

12 Responsible Gaming

pak67 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device failures or other technical issues outside pak67's direct control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or any other third-party payment processor.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any nature, however caused.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak67's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Changes to Terms

pak67 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, security or fraud prevention reasons.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of pak67 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
